THE COURSE
In Tracy California, golfers have long known that Tracy Golf and Country Club is the areas best kept secret. Since its establishment in 1955, players of all abilities have enjoyed the classic feel of a links style course. The narrow, tree lined fairways are accented by water on nine of its 18 holes.
This course, designed by Robert Baldock, features a wide variety of different types of terrain and varying elevation. It is 6,700 yards from the longest tee. The par is 72. It boasts a rating of 72.2 and a slope of 128.
Before your visit, be sure to check out the website. There, you can view and print a scorecard, see details of the various membership plans and much more. Golfers can also sign up for the email club and even get a free round of golf on their birthday!
GREEN FEES
To experience this hidden gem first hand, book your tee time today. Tee times can be booked in person, online or by phone. Bookings can occur up to 21 days in advance. Proper golf attire is required and metal spikes are prohibited. Carts are allowed on marked paths only. A five dollar cart fee also applies.

Pro Shop
If you are in need of updated clubs, bags, apparel or accessories, be sure to stop by the pro shop at Tracy Golf and Country Club. The PGA certified professional staff members strive to carry a wide range of all the brand names you have grown to love. They also look to keep process as competitive as possible. For local golfers, they also offer storage locker rentals. Be sure to stop in and ask about this or anything else you may need to know.
Club House
The Clubhouse at Tracy Golf and Country club overlooks the San Joaquin Valley. The beautiful scenery, however, pales in comparison to the creative breakfast and lunch specials offered daily. The chef works with several local vendors to offer the freshest foods prepared in ways that will delight. Tuesday through Friday, they are open 8am to 3pm. Saturday and Sunday, they are open 7am to 3pm. They are closed on Mondays.
Practice Facilities
If you need to take a few swings off your handicap, the practice facility at Tracy Golf and Country Club has just the thing. They offer a full grass driving range with a variety of target greens to help you work on your long game. They also offer several putting and chipping greens as well as a practice bunker for working on your short game.
If you need even more assistance, contact the staff at the pro shop. They offer a wide variety of instructional options for both groups and individuals. Clinics and seminars are offered on a regular basis. Other lessons are available by appointment.
