Services Offered
At Heavena Spa, the therapists truly believe in what they do. They wish to provide an experience that exceeds expectations. They do this by focusing in on the many physical benefits of massage. These include stress and pain relief, depression and anxiety management, blood pressure control and immune system boost. Massage therapy can also help in healing sports related injuries and relieving stiffness associated with arthritis.
They also seek to relax and rejuvenate you. They offer five different types of massage plus facials and body scrubs. The scrubs are salt and sugar based. These, along with the facials are by appointment only.
The first type of massage offered is a traditional Thai massage. This massage stimulates the pressure points while gently stretching limbs. It works to improve circulation, flexibility and relaxation.
The second type of massage is a Swedish Relaxing Massage. It combines a variety of hands-on techniques with aromatherapy based oils. This massage breaks down muscle knots using gliding, kneading and cross-fiber friction.
Another type of massage offered us the combination massage. It combines the previous massage types. This type of massage also utilizes hot stones to create the ultimate in relaxation
The deep tissue massage utilizes either the Thai or Swedish Massage techniques. It focuses on healing problem spots by placing more pressure on those spots. This type of massage is particularly well suited for those with chronic stiffness and pain.
The last type of massage offered is the deluxe massage. This is the spa’s signature massage. It combines aromatherapy, reflexology and massage to relieve muscle tension, increase blood circulation, loosen sore joints and calm the nervous system.
